The Challenge:

The primary challenge was combining multiple elements - LED lighting, double-sided usability, logo pattern customization, and high-quality reflective surfaces - into a compact and stylish product. Additionally, ensuring these mirrors were ready for mass production under the private label and wholesale distribution added layers of complexity.

The Process:

Design and Engineering: The project kicked off with detailed consultations with the client to immerse deeply into the desired aesthetic and functional requirements. DAPAI’s engineering team proposed a sleek, double-sided mirror concept, featuring one standard and one magnifying side, both illuminated by a ring of LED lights for enhanced visibility in any lighting condition.

Customization and Prototyping: Recognizing the importance of brand identity, DAPAI explored novel logo pattern customization techniques. Laser etching and silk-screen printing were evaluated, with prototypes created for each. After rigorous testing and client feedback, a hybrid technique was developed to ensure logo longevity and aesthetic appeal.
